I use a wellness model. Rather than focus on the past, I put the focus on creating by working on what's strong, not what's wrong. Together we will envision the path to your goals and utilize these discoveries to create meaning, enjoyment, and self-concordant changes. Change often comes very quickly with enhanced perception, newly discovered efficient options, alignment with your personal balance, and my supportive encouragement. Our time together will unlock valid, practical abilities to build on strengths and move toward your desired success.
My coach trainings through the Wholebeing Institute, co-founded by my teacher Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, and certification with Dr. Robert Biswas-Diener of the Coaching Institute and Positive Acorn, along with advanced training through the VIA Institute on Character, center on positive psychology and mindfully cultivating a character strengths focus. I am also a graduate of the highly acclaimed Certificate in Positive Psychology program through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and the Wholebeing Institute.
