  • Awareness of signature strengths, and spotting them in others, can help you at home, at work, and at play. 
The VIA Inventory of Strengths is a 20-25 minute survey that ranks the 24 character strengths identified as universal across cultures, measurable, and representing the 6 virtues:
  • Wisdom and Knowledge
  • Courage
  • Humanity
  • Justice
  • Temperance
  • Transcendence
Your signature strengths likely show up in the top 5-10.  The rest are all your strengths, as well, though you don't use them as readily.
