The steps I like to use are:
- Observe your thoughts and feelings and realize they are inside YOU, not the person who may have triggered them.
- Clear out this unpleasant and unwanted feeling by saying four sentences to yourself. You may repeat these several times.
- I Love You
- I'm Sorry
- Please Forgive Me
- Thank You

- If necessary, go back to clearing by repeating a few more times.
- What action are you inspired to take? This cleaning process is free, easy, and will open your mind to new possibilities.
